Our functions coordinator is available by appointment if you ever feel the need to touch base and refresh your ideas or to simply immerse yourself within the space to bounce around ideas and details.

We are strong believers in the fact that no two weddings are the same. We allow flexibility within all of our packages from our floor plans to menus. We understand and endeavour to meet every one of our couple’s personal needs.

Spaces include; Our wine bar deck with stunning views of the whole complex, in front of our gushing cascades, in front of our trickling creeks with a backdrop of our stunning lake or at the top of our look out with cities views of Launceston and the Tamar river.

With our team of highly qualified and talented chefs at the Penny Royal Wine Bar and restaurant, your wedding is sure to delight and impress the taste-buds. Our menus provide a selection of cocktail and banquet dining options.

Our head chef who has extensive experience working in restaurants around Australia including opening three successful Tasmanian restaurants. We can accommodating your tastes, budgets and dietary requests with a focus on quality seasonal and regional produce.
